For certain addresses, we are very pleased to be able to offer a home or office collection service.

We currently offer our garment cleaning and shoe repair services via home collection to Mayfair, St James’s, Marylebone, Paddington, Bayswater, the Inns of Court including Temple, Westminster, Pimlico, Belgravia, Chelsea, and South Kensington.

Couriers & Staff

If you would like to arrange for someone to drop off or collect items on your behalf, we will happily facilitate the logistics.

Postal Service

Clients not in the London area, are welcome to make use of our postal service. Whether it’s for tailoring, shoes, wedding dresses or knitwear repairs, we recognise that trusted brands are often hard to find. We hope to make our services available to all those who care about their garments as much as we do.

The process is simplicity itself; simply contact us on 020 7821 1555 or email enquiries@the-valet.com. We can then discuss your items and offer as good a remote consultation as possible, perhaps including your sending photos to give us an idea of the project. Then you send us your items and we do what we do best.

When they’re ready for return, we will pack them with the utmost care and send via a courier. We encourage you to retain the packaging we use so that you can send future items to us in as safe a way as possible.
